Day 1 over with and she seems very happy.

2 walks under the belt and the Halti works wonders. Never used one before and it is much easier than trying to pull against such a big dog.

She's eating very well and already settled into a routine. Shame it didn't include a 7am wake up call instead of 5 .

It's fantastic to say that i just can't fault her for all round temperament and behaviour. Just brilliant.

I think she is 'herding' the children a bit when they leave the room. Is that a slight dominance thing? Wonderful to watch as she just goes round checking them all the time.

Overall a lovely girl.

hi guy nice to hear you have hada great day 1
yes she is an early bird but as she settles into a routine it will get later
from the time she spent with us all i could work out is because she has lived with a big family of kids she just likes to check on were every one is once again as she settles into a routine this will ease the more she relaxes.
some one else maybe along that has come across this before and may have some ideas

oh and keep the pics coming

just had a little update on this girl
kas is now renamed miley

She continues to be a very good girl and is learning her boundaries very fast.

Little picture for you. I think she has improved a bit more now after just a few days. The picture doesn’t show it but her coat is a touch fuller and more shiny. Mind you, even though I should have waited, I gave her another bath as she was a touch pongy still! Eating well and seems very content.

Speak to you soon.

Thanks Neil.

Guy.
