| 1lb (0.5kg) ox liver 2 eggs tablespoon each olive oil and milk small clove of garlic (optional but good for keeping fleas at bay) 1lb (0.5kg) plain flour
1lb (0.5kg) ox liver, 2 eggs, tablespoon each olive oil and milk, small clove of garlic. Put into a blender and whisk to a frothy mess.
Add 1lb (0.5kg) plain flour into bowl and pour frothy mess in and mix into good stiff mess. Grease micro bowl (about 8-9 inches in diameter) and scoop stiff mess in, put into m/w for 10 mins on full blast, take out turn over, if still stodgy underneath put back into m/w for another 3-4 mins. When cut should be quite firm and a little pink in the middle.
Careful if dog has to have gluten free diet. Can be boxed and kept in fridge.
This can also be frozen. |

| Dukey says YAAAAAYYYYY I use this for training & he works beautifully for it! A lot of the other owners in class always ask what I use when their dogs are trying to sniff my treat bag & I can get their dog to do things they can't |

| I can attest to the popularity of Liver Cake. Yummy (or at least that's what Tia thinks!)
I actually came on to recommend it but found it had already been included - conclusive proof for me..
