I'm going to be making up a donation box and asking my word colleagues to give me a small donation rather than a card.

Last christmas I got around £20 .. not a lot maybe but it all helps ..

Looking at some of the other ideas .. I also like the one about the smartie box for kids..

Lorraine have you thought about going into a local photographer shop and ask if they would do this for Rescue and I'm sure Ron could provide something to say this is for Charity, other then that may be put a Add in a local shop or paper.

I have just phoned Oxford university as they do photography courses there, the lady i spoke to was very nice, and she says when her manager gets back she is going to try and pull on his heart strings with this to try and help us... fingers crossed x also sent emails to a few other photographers in the area.

I am going to keep the money I would normally spend on cards for people (about £5) not much but guess every bit helps, and donate it to the rescue.
I am then also going to give some of my christmas money to the rescue because I feel that way it will be better spent.
Helping the rescue is my way of saying thankyou for the three fab dogs we have homed, all of whom are a big part of the family who are loved and adored Smile
