Meet Baby



Baby
is a 2 year old Spayed Labrador/German Shepherd cross, she is looking for a new home through no fault of her own. She is perfect with children and is well used to cats and is obedient and well mannered and she is great to walk beside you without a lead and she is house trained and is a very gentle dog. She is Spayed and Vaccinated.
Baby will arrive tomorrow & be going into foster .

Baby has arrived.. she is a lovely "lady".. very gentle, eats like a lady, takes food offered to her gently.. meets other dogs very politely, has been fine with the children.. has not met the cats yet (they are all sleeping after their night out hunting, or 3 nights in snuggles case). Have not let her off the lead when out.. she did pull a bit. Knows her "sit" & "down" but it may need a bit of polishing..

Well we survived our first night, Crafty she is, she had the chinese takeaway containers out of the bin last night!!

She was fine in the night, woke me up twice and was a little unsettled at 6.30 this morning so I got up with her and thought we would go for a trot round the block but got caught in a hail storm, so that was fun, she eat breakfast.

We have just taken her out again this time all of us round pevensey castle, she is as good as gold and is now having a sleep

Amy seems really happy and settled already, so I hope she stays like that, she is fine with the cat at first she gave pinny a lick, which she didn't like and proceeded to sulk, but now they are not bothered by each other.

Amy likes her comfort she is on the sofa and given half the chance and has been on the bed in fact Andi woke up with her beside him licking his face this morning, always a good way to be woken up.

I tried to post some pictures but haven't quite worked it out yet, so will try agai later.

Right off to do the ironing
