an update from kim's new mum.
at home....

Hi Jayne
A bit of an update and some pictures of Kym. We took her to a local fun dog show to try and get her mor at ease with dogs and people and entered her in a couple of classes. She went for a ouple of dogs outside the ring but was qquite good in the ring unfortunately the judge was a man but was very good with her when we explained she was nervouse with people.
Anyway Saffy (my grandaughter) took her in the junior handler class and came 4th about nine in class and Kym came 4th in prettiest bitch again about 9 in class and got a special rosette in the best rescue dog. The judge said at the end of the afternoon there was already an improvement in her confidence, which was the object of the exercise - the rosettes were a bonus.
A couple of pictures of the show and a couple of fun pictures of her being dried after her bath. She's also but on a bit more weight and is over 26kg now.
We start dog training on the 18 Aug although she already knows a lot of it. She's brilliant.
Hope all goes well with u.
Virginia
