Murf is coming back into rescue due to the financial climate .

He was homed from a pup in October 2008 . He a short coat , black & tan .
He in now 15 months old

He is living with a family & another dog .

Hello, My name is Murf,

I am a 16 month old GSD x who loves people, really what I want is someone to love me and me alone .

I live with Joe, Julie, Hannah and Connor in their gaff in Fareham, with Mist the 9 year old cat (neutered male). I am friendly with everybody, and always want to make new friends, even rabbits and squirrels! Although I do like to eat rabbits if and when I catch them in the fields. (2 so far)

I am scared of water, well from a hose anyway, but I will swim in the sea and other lakes and ponds etc.

I am very excitable first thing in the mornings and will tell everybody that I'm up and ready to play.

I eat well, well being anything, but I am currently being fed on Wainwrights Salmon & Potato dry food with the odd carrot thrown in for good measure. I also eat a few jacket potato's as I like them, they fill me up, they are cheap.

I like exercise, but will wear out quickly if just run, I prefer to play chase and catch with other dogs. My ball retrieval is not good, I cant see the point in chasing them, as they don’t play back !
